Brief introduction of kraft paper production line
This Factory  waste paper recycling making machine / paper craft machine is fourdrinier multi-cylinder type. It's usually to make the high strength and high quality cardboard paper ,kraft liner paper, corrugating  medium paper, which can be made to carton box finally. 

Raw materials (waste paper)--Pulper--vibrating sieve--pulp tank--pulp pump--bleach machine(thruster)--refiner machine--pulp tank--pulp pump--pressure sieve--pulp tank-- pulp pump--except sand machine--net box--cylinder--blanket--paper making machine--drying--roll paper--the big finished jumbo paper -- process machine-Kraft paper.
1. Paper pulping section:process the raw meterial into paper pulp.

2. Paper making section:process the paper pulp into paper jumbo roll.

 3.Paper converting section:process jumbo roll into cardboard paper ,kraft liner paper, corrugating  medium paper, which can be made to carton box finally. 

 

Installation Instructions

Engineer will be sent to customer's factory for installing, commissiong, and training workers.

as well as the train station. We will take you to see our machine running in our chinese clients' paper mill.
